Ever since 2005, the Vienna Johann Strauss Orchestra performs the New Year’s Gala Concert at KKL Lucerne, and this year is no exception. Following its major Asian tour, the orchestra, this time featuring Austrian soprano Corina Koller and her compatriot tenor Franz Gürtelschmied, will continue this tradition and present, under conductor Johannes Wildner, a programme with works by Franz Lehár and Johann Strauss.
